Mr Zhang is one of the founders of the Company. Mr Zhang has more than 30 years of experience in construction, civil engineering and seismic studies in the PRC and Hong Kong, including over 20 years with the Comprehensive Institute of Site Investigation and Surveying, Ministry of Construction of the PRC. Mr Zhang holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Peking University, a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the China Academy of Building Research and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the HeFei University of Technology. Mr Zhang is a member of the Council of the Architectural Society of China, a Registered Engineer for Construction Supervision and Registered Civil Engineer (Geot.) in the PRC. Age 62.
