Mr Shan is one of the founders and the Chairman of the Company. Mr Shan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in the PRC and Hong Kong and more than 30 years business and financial management experience in listed companies. Mr Shan holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Tsinghua University, a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the China Academy of Railway Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the TongJi University. Age 65.
