Ms Ng Hui Hsien was appointed to the Board as an
independent director on 1 December 2023. Ms Ng
has many years of audit and accounting experience
with international accounting firms. She has served
both listed and private company clients in statutory
audits. She has also successfully team lead and
assisted clients as reporting accountant in Initial
Public Offering (IPO) on SGX.
Ms Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Science in
Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University
in 2004, and she is also a Chartered Accountant of
Singapore and a fellowship member of Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants. Age 43.
